I have recently been fortunate enough to be a client of Rashmi Dixit's professional coaching practice. I have just finishing up our 6th session together and I am in such a different place then when I entered it our time together. Rashmi's coaching approach is transformational in nature. She helped me tap into my own inner resourcefulness and my own power with empowering questions and approaches that helped me explore myself in ways I had not considered before. I have taken away practices that give me focus and peace. Rashmi is a master coach with great intuition and listening skills that serve her so well. She never once tried to solve my problems. She coached me not the problem. I am a much better leader and more in tune with myself and my feelings after my experience with Rashmi. I have had the pleasure of being associated with Rashmi in my capacity as an OD consultant. Rashmi is a very creative and committed facilitator and has deployed interesting modules for middle and senior management in some of the companies that I have been associated with.
